Services & Rates

I provide couples/relationship and individual therapy for adults and teenagers ages 13 and up. I am conducting all sessions via telehealth.

I strive to create a collaborative therapeutic space of warmth, compassion, and curiosity. In clinical terms, my approach is eclectic, humanistic, and relational-cultural, and draws most heavily from the models of Emotionally Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also often bring into session the larger cultural and systemic frameworks in which we live and the ways they impact us on a daily basis. I am especially passionate about creating a space where people can embrace their whole embodied selves, especially BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, disabled and/or chronically ill, immigrant, fat, neurodivergent, and other marginalized folks.

Couples/Relationship Therapy

Being in relationship to each other is central to our experience as human beings, but it can be hard! If you’re struggling to feel a sense of connection to your partner, relationship therapy can help you get back to feeling like you’re on the same team again.

Currently my work focuses largely on:

  • People in relationships outside the mainstream, such as those from LGBTQIA+, consensual non-monogamy, or kink communities.

  • People going through life transitions. I can help if your connection to your partner is strained because you're not in the same places you were at the start of your relationship, or you are struggling to figure out the next right steps to create the life you want.

  • Couples/relationships where one or more partners is neurodivergent. Often when there is a difference in how partners' brains operate, it can exacerbate tension or miscommunication between each other, especially if one type of functioning is deemed “better” or "more normal" than another. I can help you learn how to work with each other's strengths and challenges to improve your relationship dynamic.

My interest in this work is based on the fact that humans are fundamentally relational creatures whose thriving largely depends on being in connection with each other. Based on both a plethora of scientific research and my own core values, I believe that improving our abilities to be in relationship with each other can dramatically improve our health, happiness, and potential to create a sustainable future on this planet. Yet we are often not provided with the types of skills or awareness that can help us do so, and this type of work is undervalued as a whole.

I also believe relationship therapy isn't just valuable for romantic couples but also for chosen family, friends, platonic partners, or business partners! See some examples of this type of work here:

Individual Therapy

I know what it's like to feel really alone with your feelings, overwhelmed, or like something must be wrong with you. You don’t have to feel that way.

I frequently work with:

  • LGBTQIA+ teens and adults. The goal is for everyone to be able to find joy in their body!

  • People going through life transitions. I can help if you are looking for a space to process changes that are happening or you are struggling to figure out the next right steps to create the life you want.

  • Current and former "gifted kids." I don't believe our worth as human beings can be measured by the educational system, and labels like this can put a lot of expectations on kids that shape how they move through the world. I invite you to make your own choices about what you value and how you want to show up with all your gifts and flaws.

I am not here to “fix” you, and I’ll tell you upfront that I don’t have all the answers! What I do have is faith that you have vast healing potential inside of you and I can help you get back to it. Above all, I want you to know that you are enough as you are.

I am probably not the right person for you right now if you are looking for treatment for an active eating disorder, substance use disorder, or psychosis.
